Praise be to Allah, by whose grace good deeds are accomplished, and may blessings and peace be upon the most honorable prophets and messengers. In the blessed days of Hajj, we stand on the threshold of a new stage every year, full of challenges and achievements, in which we remember what has been accomplished during the past years and look forward to future prospects.

As General Manager of Al-Mukarmon Company for Domestic Pilgrims Services, I am honored to welcome our guests, the Guests of Allah, and to present to you an overview of what reflects our continuing efforts in serving the pilgrims of the Holy House of Allah from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has been years full of hard work and relentless pursuit of achieving the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our services.

We are proud that we were able, thanks to Allah and then thanks to the solidarity of the work team, to provide a distinguished Hajj experience worthy of the guests of Allah, overcoming difficulties and facing challenges with full resolve and determination. We thank Allah for the successes that have been achieved, which were the result of sound planning and wise management.

In the coming Hajj seasons, we look forward to continuing our journey towards excellence and innovation, inspired by the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which prioritizes serving the guests of Allah. We affirm our commitment to developing our services and enhancing our capabilities to meet the expectations of everyone who has trusted us.
